I love this vacuum, but after using it for 13 months, the hose came apart and the vacuum lost suction. I called Dyson and was told I would have to purchase a new hose. So much for their five year warranty. This is my third Dyson vacuum and I have never had a problem with any of them until now. I'm very disappointed that this hose wasn't covered under the warranty. With what I have paid for these vacuums and Dyson's warranty claims, I expected better. 😠
