First of all, I did not buy this from Amazon.. I bought thru the Perricone TV infomercial site. I bought the trial.... $49.95 with a money back guarantee. I tried the product Did not like and returned ALL of it(bonuses included0 after 3 weeks. Well within the 60 day return. I understood that a credit would be on my credit card 10 days after receipt. I called today (day 12) after receipt and Lisa (customer service) said the credit will be 4-6 weeks after receipt. Of course, that is not acceptable (I paid nearly $6 to return the product. I have contacted my bank..
