Up until the last month, I loved this thing. But it wasn't until I went upstairs later to find out that the plug this one was in burned up. I don't even want to risk plugging this thing back in. So I've called Dyson and they called me back (several weeks later after the day of incident) on some Illinois number that appears I can't get through to now. At first I just got a woman's answering machine now I get nothing. So right now I'm totally out of my money despite reporting it directly to Dyson. This could have been a lot worse than it was. I was lucky it didn't continue to the point where it started a fire. Don't let this happen to you. I love Dyson products, but even if this thing was "energy efficient" its obviously still drawing a LOT of power like any other space heater.
