This printer Canon Image Class LBP6230dw did not work. I have installed a million printers in my lifetime and I know how to do it. Installation went fine, but when it was time to print the first page, it jammed. No matter what I did, it kept jamming. I followed the steps on the manual for jams and it kept jamming. I contacted Canon and they helped me troubleshoot. It kept jamming. After about 10 tries, I decided to return it to Amazon but made the mistake of exchanging it with the exact same printer. I thought I may have gotten a defective one but did not think it would happen twice. Well, it did! The replacement arrived and same problem persisted after installation. This time I contacted Amazon's customer service department and I spoke with a very nice person in the Philippines. She was not able to troubleshoot with me but she did process my return for a full refund. I do not recommend this printer. I think the model is defective. I will not be purchasing another Canon product again and I will not be using Amazon again to purchase a printer. Live and learn.
