Easy to load and set up. Love the huge ink tanks! Prints amazing photos! Unfortunately, it has a the worst time feeding the photo paper. I try and try and try and maybe after 20 minutes it will load Epson photo paper and i'll get a print out of it. Had to send the first one back. I hope the replacement unit is better. The second one arrived and it has the same problem...it wont' print on Epson photo paper. When I tried to return it to Amazon, they said they won't accept a return on this product because it uses flammable components. So they sold it to me, without telling me they won't honer their return policy; then they leave me hanging with a $300 product that is defective. Amazon wouldn't even tell me how to get in touch with customer service at Epson. Don't but this item and definately don't buy from Amazon. Amazon uses deceptive sales practices and doesn't honor their return policy.
