I am so disappointed! I ordered this in June (brown) and absolutely love it; very soft and plush, well made, great quality. I liked it so much so that I recently decided to order another to match. It is clear that they have recently changed manufacturers for this item. The one I received this time was sized somewhat differently but most importantly, the quality was very poor. The indentation on the floor side of the mat show through to the plush side, and do not come out after washing (I tried). It looks like it's been run over by a car or truck. I received an immediate refund but decided to order it again, just in case the first order was just a bad one in the lot. Unfortunately the second one I received was worse than the first; so indeed it appears this is no longer a quality product. I received another immediate refund and did not have to ship either of them back, but I can't use either and would have preferred to receive a product with the same quality as the one I ordered in June.
