Not okay.
I literally just received my order moments ago. Excited as I was, I was quickly disgusted. First and foremost, during this sensitive time, to receive a clearly USED cleansing brush with build up and hair ON the brushes and throughout the kit itself is was horrifying. I’m am extremely disappointed. Returning immediately.
