I got 2 pairs of these after reading the good reviews. I got them to spatchcock a whole chicken, unfortunately didn't work for me. My 1st pair didn't even cut through chicken skin properly, that was really frustrating so i gave the brand new 2nd pair away. I don't recommend these at all. Sorry!
