I'm giving this company the benefit of the doubt by giving x2 stars, because it is the coldest is has been all year and that might have had something to do with the terrible condition the plants came in. They were packed well, but in such bad shape that I don't think they're going to make it. I've been doing my best to give them a chance at a comeback, but its not looking good. I received them 3 days ago, opened them immediately to let them breath and put them in our kitchen, which has the best natural indirect light of all of the rooms in our house, and gave them a small amount of water in case they were dehydrated, but they only seem to be falling apart. The only plant that looks good in the photos is so soft to the touch, that I feel like even it is going to fall apart before long. I wanted to love these and received the perfect little vases as a gift to put them in, but sadly I was let down. I wish the company would have held off shipping for a few days if it was a weather issue, or shipped the plants Next Day Air to minimize their exposure. It also doesn't look like I can returm them for a replacement, which in my personal opinion, is bad customer service. I understand a smaller return window, since these are live plants, but if you don't provide a quality product, and are given a quick notice, they should be replaced without question. I'm not saying don't buy these, because it looks like many other customers have been very pleased with their purchase, but be aware that this company may not be willing to give your product extra attention to guaranty it is top quality in cases of less than ideal shipping conditions.
