While I am against giving poor ratings to a product because it arrived damaged, I am making an exception in this case for the following reasons: The outer box it came in was undamaged and the padding inside appeared satisfactory. However, the aluminum case the set comes in was both smashed and cracked on one side. When I opened the aluminum case, it was obvious someone had already received and returned the set because the plastic bag the parts came in had been ripped open and the parts were all over the box. I am almost certain that a prior customer had returned this set because of the damage and it was sent to me as if I would not notice. This was to be a present to be given in two days and now I have to scramble to purchase another. Anyone purchasing this product must be aware that you may receive a damaged product if the seller tries again to dispose of this set on an unsuspecting buyer.
