I personally love the scent of fresh rosemary and rosemary essential oil, but this product smelled thoroughly unpleasant. I don’t know enough to identify the precise cause of this “off” scent, but it is clear that this oil is adulterated with some unlabelled carrier oil. When a drop of true rosemary essential oil is placed on a sheet of white paper, it soon evaporates leaving little or no trace. This oil left a persistent greasy spot. So this supposed essential oil is not just of a low quality, it is adulterated and the contents do not match the label. All of the essential oils I have tried from Sun Essential Oils have showed signs of adulteration, but while some had a pleasant (if somewhat weak) scent, this one was just bad. I would recommend avoiding all products from Sun Essential Oils, but especially this one. I would suggest trying NOW essential oils instead.
