What a joke! I had purchased this TV after reviewing about 3-4 others along with it and came to the conclusion that it fits my needs and budget for a 4k. The first few days were great, other then having to watch YouTube videos to set up 4k. Yes, it doesn't come 4k out of the box, you literally have to change HDMI settings etc to get it to function. Then a few days ago it told me it wanted to advertise .... excuse me? I didn't buy a TV for almost $600 for it to advertise to me, maybe if it was free or you signed up for some service with special offers to get a discount. I said no, and all my settings dissapeared. Not only can I not use the settings to change picture settings, hdmi (source) settings, also no Netflix or apps, etc. I can literally do 2 things: Turn the TV off/on, Turn volume up/down, it became a joke. Eventually the "settings" came back a few days later now all my apps are gone? I use MY wi-fi, MY energy, MY netflix account, with a tv I bought with MY money. How dare you Samsung, just like many here, you've lost another customer for life. Good job.
