Monitor is fine, customer service is not
I received my monitor and when I plugged it in there was a blue squiggly line near the top of the display. After contacting customer service, the representative said that there would be a $159 fee to replace the monitor that was defective when I opened it. Amazon stepped in and replaced it right away but I will definitely be avoiding ACER products moving forward because of this experience.
