Wow I absolutely hate this book. All he did was market it in a huge way to get your hopes up and say it is getting huge ratings on amazon when there are only 202 ratings currently. The 202 probably has more than half of his friends and family and his own fake accounts too. The info in the book was very basic stuff you could just look up easily. I’m only 18 and have never smoked but I think this just gave me cancer. This man is truly a leach to society not worth anyone’s time.
