I bought this over the kryptonite one because of the price and cinch ring. Unfortunately, the quality of the welding on the cinch ring is terrible. The links are well reinforced at the welds but the cinch ring is horribly welded together, there is cracking along the welding, and it's not reinforced. It's also thinner at the welding point with a little crevice perfect enough to sit bolt cutters on. Without the cinch ring this does not do what I need it for. Im 100% sure that the cinch ring could get cracked by a good set of bolt cutters thanks to the terrible welding.
