We bought the juicer a couple of weeks back to juice Texas Grapefruit we have from our neighbors in Houston. And this tool has all the power needed for that. From that standpoint, we are very satisfied with our purchase. However, we were very disappointed when the little articulated spout broke from its hinges stands and made the juicer unusable. I tried to glue it back on, unsuccessfully as it looks like Superglue will not adhere to the black plastic. Anyway, the design of that detail is faulty. It is way to thin and feeble. We hope you guys can a/ replace the part and b/ beef up the design for future production. Regards, Antoine
