I bought this product and used it to shave my legs. Worked wonderful. When I went to change the blade after using it for a month, one of the prongs that holds the blade in the razor broke off. I contacted MicroTouch Tough Blade to see if they would be willing to send me a free razor as I considered it a bad design flaw. They would not send me a replacement razor even though I am now stuck with a years supply of blades. This is NOT good customer service. You need to fix your product so it doesn't break the first time it gets used or dropped. I will NEVER purchase another product from them and hope everyone sees this review.
