Not really compatible with glass-backed iPhones
Do NOT buy this if you have an iPhone 8 or iPhone X. The lipophobic glass back causes the phone to slide off of the charging pad and onto the floor in a few minutes. This is not usable with the new iPhones, unless you have a case -- and if you have a case, it will only charge very slowly anyway.
I've attached a time-lapse video to show what I'm talking about. It's almost like magic how it slides off of the pad.
Buy a charger that has a rubberized anti-slip pad.
