This may be a good product, I wouldn't know... The first picture is exactly what it looked like after I unzipped the case. Skin, hair, and all... In over twenty years of buying from Amazon, this is the first item I've ever returned. I think I'll stick to "sold by Amazon" only products. This item was clearly used for a SUBSTANTIAL amount of time. How does this even happen???
