Bought this product to evaluate for my sales team. Took on a business trip to Southeast Asia. A week into the trip (owned the product for three weeks) the J, M, N, and O keys stopped working. Never dropped or abused the keyboard. Re-flashed firmware on the keyboard and tried pairing off my iPhone to eliminate a potential iPad error. The keys still didn't work. Still under warranty. Called Belkin. They want me to pay freight back on the defective product without the prospect of a refund if upon review the problem is a manufacturing one. Absurd. 'Give me my money back.' 'We need to negotiate with Amazon to get your money refunded.' So here I wait for the 'negotiation' to conclude without a keyboard and out $160 bucks. Guess what? Now I'm motivated to write a lousy review! Don't be a sucker end up with an expensive keyboard paperweight from Belkin. Or buy anything from Belkin for that matter. UPDATE---Amazon is refunding my money. Kudos to Amazon. Belkin? Get your act together.
