DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT ! After taking Milk Thistle Extract 1000 mg.-manufactured by Puritan Pride, I develop stabbing pains in my liver. I was taking only this product as an experiment. Having th symptoms I took a pill and left it in a glass of water for 24 hours to see if it dissolves. The outer coating-the cap- did not dissolve, it became a thick slimy substance and the brown liquid that was in the glass was the Extract containing Titanium Dioxide, the Caramel color etc. On the label are written the following ingredients: Soybean oil, gelatin, Vegetable glycerin,Caramel color less than 2%, Soy lecithin,Titanium Dioxide color. The Soy Bean oil(GMO) -theTitanium Dioxide, Soy Lecitin((GMO) and the Caramel color are cancer causing ingredients. Read the Consumer Lab Reports on those ingredients. Please don't believe all the Paid False Reviews you read. This product is very bad for our bodies !!!! o}
