No response from seller regarding faulty laptop
I bought the following laptop in April of 2021: "2021 Newest Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15.6" FHD Non-Touch Laptop, Intel Dual-Core i3-1005G1 Up to 3.4GHz (Beats i5-7200u), 12GB DDR4 RAM, 256GB PCI-e SSD, Webc"
Initially I loved how lightweight and streamlined it was, compared to my last Lenovo laptop. It was also very quick to respond as I surfed the net. However, things went downhill pretty quickly. I began to get blue screens when I tried to boot up the laptop. It would say that there was some kind of error and it would go into repair mode. Over and over and over again. It is now September of 2021 (a mere 5 months after the purchase date) and I have already had to pay for a visit to our local PC repair shop where they had to re-install Windows. That fixed things for about a month but then the same problems started up again. The laptop currently goes into loops of blue screens and doesn't even open Windows. I sit here writing this review on my old dinosaur of a Lenovo laptop which, sadly, now works better than my brand new laptop (which actually doesn't work at all since it goes straight to blue screens whenever I try to boot it up). I sent an email to Oydisen Electronics, the sellers that I bought from, about 7 days ago and have received no response. Oydisen Electronics, if you are reading this review, please contact me and I will consider adjusting the review accordingly. Otherwise, I would advise others to stay away from this seller if they aren't willing to back the products they sell.
