I’m heart broken As I write this. I have a one month old baby. We got this camera so that we had ease since it’s in our phone and we can chase. 2 yr old and never miss a notification when the new baby is sleeping. BOY was i WRONG!!! This product app stops working!!!! NEVER sends notifications. I have woken up in the night with a gut feeling and the monitor turned and off and the baby was in the crib screaming. I don’t know how long she was screaming. It has done this MULTIPLE times through the wk. but tonight was the worst. I went to bed at 11 normally baby wakes up ag 12-1. But tonight I wouldn’t know bc the app/monitor stopped working Nd I woke up at 430. So I have no idea if she screamed majority of the night or slept. It feels pretty awful when you as the parent doesn’t get to choose if you want your new baby to cry it out bc your monitor/app is making that decision for you. I have never got notifications if she was crying or anything it’s ipsetting bc i wanted this monitor to works I will be returning ASAP
