This book is not at all what I was expecting. Obviously, that's my fault.....did not previously read the details way down on the actual description of this book where it actually says that this book is in fact in black and white. That should of been included way at the top, so that's where this whole advertisement is misleading. What's disappointing as well is that half of the pics ....you can't really tell what you're looking at for example on section 18 on skin issues; if anyone were to have a skin issue most of those pictures you can really tell or see the type of skin lesions. Haven't finished going thru the whole book and do not plan to waste my time on a book that's black and white. I'm returning this book and looking for the one that's actually with colored photos even if I have to pay more. I just don't know why Amazon didn't give that choice at the time of purchase.
