Im giving 1 star for my scary experience with this gainer, will this product work for you? I don’t know because everyone’s body react differently so this is my story: I was so happy that I finally found a protein powder that works for me, I gained 10 lbs drinking 4 scoops with milk and bananas daily. I work out 2 times weekly. However, after my third containers and going to fourth I noticed my heart started skipping beats and I’m having bad palpitation. I’ve never experienced this kind of irregular heartbeats in my life before. I got to admit I was so scared and thinking I was gonna die. After many visit to the Cardiologist and many testing later, thank god no history of heart defect was found and at the end it was narrowed down to my diet. The only changes in my lifestyle at the time was this supplement powder. I immediately stop taking it, the irregular heartbeats slowly goes away within 2-3 weeks. I threw the fourth one away, I’m never gonna take anything like this in my body ever again.
