I purchased these in October, 2019 because I needed a flex head ratchet to access a difficult bolt that could not be accessed by a straight wrench. These were reasonably priced, had good reviews, and claimed to have a lifetime warranty. For the project I had in mind, I only needed one size and the wrench worked great so I didnt bother to take the rest of the wrenches out of the case. Fast forward to January, 2021 (after the return period had expired, of course), and I needed a 12mm ratchet for the top strut bolt. I unwrap the wrenches, pull out the 12mm ratchet, and lo and behold the ratcheting mechanism is completely seized. I can see that there is a retaining ring that holds the mechanism inside the ratchet body and this seems to have been pinched between the mechanism and the body when the mechanism was pressed in. I've called Workpro customer service. There was no opportunity to speak to anyone so I had to leave a voicemail for an operator. This call was never returned. I've also filled out the 'Contact Us' form on their website. I received an automated response that the form was submitted, but that was weeks ago and I've not heard from anyone. TL;DR - nice tools when they're made properly. Poor quality control. Non-existent customer support.
