Dee Zee usually makes a decent product but this is not one of them. The box is made out of very thin blow-molded cheap plastic like that of a power tool case. The lid is reversible which is handy but fits very poorly. Despite the foam gasket under the lid, it leaks rain into the box even while the truck is parked! Also the lock (just a cheap cabinet lock) faces straight upward. I can already see this thing being frozen in the winter and me not being able to open the lid. (BTW the lock is the only latch for the lid so you have to use it) The only good points for this is it has a good amount of space and the mounting hardware is fine, thats it. Don't put anything in it that you don't want wet. This box isn't worth a quarter of the price and I would not recommend.
