Giving this 3 stars all the way around; 1 for the prompt delivery, 1 for size (appears big enough and an ok fit for my SUV), and 1 for color and potential material. The directions or the lack thereof, were frustrating. I installed it upside down first due to not having any. All they sent for info is my above pic. They claim it is supposed to have anchors to install in my seats for security (see pic and instruction step 2), there weren't any! This was frustrating to me as I am now concerned if this will be sturdy enough to stay in place for my two large pups (German Shepherd & Border Collie/Lab). They tend to slide of the seat onto the floor even with their harnesses and belts, so I really need this harness to work. Tomorrow, they get to go for a ride to their weekly test. I am not hopeful for this product thus far. * Dropped my review from 3 stars to two for a cpl reasons. After using the hammock, it did slide all around the seat, does not cover my entire back bench (corners) in my SUV, and because the company apparently set the wrong directions. After seeing my review, I received yet another email from them telling them how disappointed they are with ME over their mistake in sending the wrong directions to a "much more expensive product than the one I purchased," instead of just letting it go. You guys messed up. Own it and move on. Your product is not worth the money paid for it and your customer service is lousy. Please do not harass me with any further emails! Thanks!
