Chair looked nice when we received it. Hand brakes were not properly adjusted. One of the bearings in a front wheel was tight (not free spinning). One and a half months after receiving it, the front wheel frame collapsed under normal usage (possibly facilitated by the bearing problem). Amazon policy is no returns after 30 days. I can't even find a way to talk to a person on the phone.
