Not satisfied with anything other than the lumbar support. I'm 5'2, 115lbs. My body is about 14" across and the arms are 18" across on the chair at the thinnest setting. The problem is that it does not lower to the ground as much as I would like. I imagine if you were 5'5 it would be okay and if you were a bit wider. I bought a keyboard tray for my desk and now the tray is higher than my actual desk so that I could use the chair.The arms also do not go close enough to my body. I would like to use the arms while I'm typing and mousing. I can feel strain on my arms as I type this. I'll have to remove my keyboard tray (which I spent over $100 on, mind you), get a foot stool and see if that improves. If so, I will update my rating. UPDATE - I have tried to set this up an alternate way and it is just not working out. I have returned the chair. If you are legitimately petite, I do not suggest this chair.
