This has been our favorite stevia for years. I just received my first bad bottle. Beleive the negative reviews, even if you've enjoyed this product in the past--especially since returns are not allowed on this product. The powder in the bad batch is a noticeably whiter white than the last good bottle we bought. Update 2/1/2018: Because I loved this product so much before, I called the company (800-538-5888). The representative confirmed that the formula change is permanent.
