Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

The vacuum cleaner is ok. The problem I have is with the review process of this item. There is a rebate card that arrives in the box. I emailed for the rebate, I was asked to write a review. I asked if the rebate is dependent on the review. I was told no. So I gave a review. It was a good review because the product is ok. I emailed the info for them to see the review, etc., still haven't heard from them. So now I have to worry about the authenticity of the reviews each time I want/need to purchase something off the internet. Definitely not the way for internet sales to go!!~
