This product works great for switching on the vacuum when you are using the tool and then after you turn off the tool, will shut off the vacuum ~7 sec. later- PERFECT!!!! I loved the device, however 2 weeks after using (and loving it - saves a lot of time) it broke. THIS IS WERE THINGS I WAS UPSET. Contacted DGC Products on their website using the contact form - *NO RESPONSE*!!! Emailed them via the website support address and again NO RESPONSE!! Very frustrating, there is no phone number listed on the website for follow-up either. After 2.5 weeks, ended up returning to the re-seller for a replacement - which is going to cost me ~$7 is shipping! This is a shame - it is great design and device. DGC please correct your customer service!!!!
