The software has now crashed for the 10th time. I get error message 2.1.25 database is out of date. I have spend many hours on the phone with customer service in India, who can not help one iota, because to fix the problem an American in the Bay Area needs to reset my product code. The Americans don't work evenings or weekend, and that's when I use the product. So it may be the best method out there, but if the software doesn't work it's pretty darn worthless. I am P!SSED off by the Rosetta people who think their little interest to anally protect their copyrights is more important than to protect their legit customer who paid $525. Really REALLY angry, because this is really, REALLY the 10th time. How can I get my money back?
