I have used and benefited from Biofreeze gel for many years. I just recently bought this product again. I was MAJORLY disappointed! It produced NO sensation of cooling/burning that helps relieve the pain. When I looked back at the product I ordered, I noticed it said "NEW FORMULA" with "old formula" greyed out. I am wondering if the "new" formula is a dud. I am getting a refund and ordering a Biofreeze product that says "Original Formula"!
