Do not buy the HRF-F1 HEPA filters because : (1)Kaz Inc bought Honeywell home air purifier many years ago and uses the Honeywell trademark under license. (stated on the box). Kaz does not make a one-piece HEPA filter. (2) It is a "3-inch" high circular filter. I stacked 3 of these for my Honeywell 50250 HEPA air purifier leaving a 3/4-inch gap . You fill the gap with a very porous dark foam provided in the box, like the one used for shipping small appliance. The foam provides a BAD seal. All 3 of my hepa filter became moldy with a strong smell after about 2 months and had to be thrown away. (3) I have to use the black foam supplied with the replacement filter to fill the gap. The gasket is made of an 1-inch thick, 2-inch wide roughly circular very porous foam like the kind used inside boxes to protect the contents during shipping. You can easily compress it to 1/4 inch or less with your fingers. This gasket is so porous it allows particles 50 micron or bigger to pass through. The air purifier is no longer "true HEPA" which filters out 99.97% of particles 0.3 micron or bigger. (4) I recommend buying a one-piece generic HEPA filter because you get a much better seal than porous foam against dirty air and a lower price than the price of 3 HRF-F1 filters. You can search "honeywell hepa filter replacement" on Amazon or google. Just make sure the filter is HEPA and fits your air purifier by comparing the replacement filter with the original filter. Warning : Honeywell sold its home air purifier business and Procter & Gamble sold its "Pur" water purifier business to Kaz many years ago.
