This is the third pair of Harman Kardon speakers that I have bought. The first two pairs were bought a few years ago for my family and worked great. Very futuristic look! However, the most recent pair stopped working after a year and a half. I contacted Harman Kardon on the issue and if I could send it for repair. I knew they were out of warranty and was fully willing to pay for any repairs. However, the customer representative said that their service centers do not accept it for repairs and that I should just buy a new speaker set again or try to get it repaired at a local shop. Extremely surprised and disappointed at this level of service. If these are meant to be disposable why buy expensive speakers?
