I forgot why I picked this model/brand, but its not terribly good. Here are my issues: 1. Motor doesn’t make a consistent noise, it runs fast then slow as it grinds which sounds like its straining to mill the pepper. 2. The bottom cap doesn’t fit properly, its too loose and doesn’t stay on as I pick it off the counter. 3. The company is way to aggressive in contact. Your product is not better than its ability to perform no matter how aggressive your “customer care” sends out emails. To me, I don’t want to hear from a company multiple times to review the product. Once they told me who they are and to contact them if I had any problems, I understood. It’s too much and it’s annoying as if we don’t have better things to do. 4. I don’t care about your background. This product is from China, not built in your family’s garage on weekends until you could achieve quantity of scale. Your story sucks. To recap, poor quality cheap Chinese product with aggressive customer care and poor attempt to tug at heart strings.
