Item arrived and broke within 24 hours of arrival. When I contacted the seller, they stated that since the item arrived in tact, and broke as a result of me putting planters on it, then it was my fault and not theirs. Every image they have in their description of the item has plants in it and that's what I bought it for! I placed 2 small and 1 medium pot, barely filling the wagon and one of the wheels cracked. Not only did they dismiss it and blame me for breaking it, but they didn't even offer to send a replacement wheel! Terrible customer service and terrible product!
