Wow! I ordered this exact same pillow a year and a half ago and it was phenomenal for the price. Because of lower back problems, I need a very fluffy, full pillow that I can place between my legs while I sleep on my side and that is exactly what the last one I ordered WAS. After a while, as with most pillows, especially those in this price range, it lost some of its firmness. I expected that and for $12 I can buy a replacement. So I re-ordered the EXACT SAME PILLOW. This time it came vacuum packed and after taking it out of the packaging and hoping it would expand... NOT EVEN CLOSE. It is about 1/4 the width or fullness of the previous one I bought and that’s after using the other for over a year. These are NOT the same pillows. With QUALITY CONTROL issues this AWFUL, I will never buy this brand again. The only saving grace is that I know Amazon customer service is excellent and will fix the problem. Wow! Awful.
