This tent was 2 weeks old when it suffered a broken fiberglass support rod. The rod actually split the entire length of the rod. It was my understanding that the tent was good in winds up to 35 MPH. This was in my yard and was subject to a gust of 16 MPH. This type of thing can happen and all I wanted was the company to send me a replacement rod which they refused to do because "the failure was due to nature". However, they would be glad to sell me a repair kit. Thanks to Amazon's generous return policy, I returned the Coleman tent and purchased a Eureka Jade tent that has much better build quality. Perhaps I just got a bad copy of this tent but I would not buy another one from Coleman due to their dismal customer service.
