I definitely don't recommend this product to anyone that needs an area cooled. This unit struggled to cool my shed under 80 degrees. I was concerned of it being defective the way it was performing. Another con against this product is their warranty service. They had me basically take the back apart to check connections, but it was all connected properly. Whynter told me I could ship it back to them at my cost and if they didn't find anything wrong with it I would be responsible for the labor to diagnose and the cost to return it to me. This item weighs close to 90lbs, so imagine the cost to ship it. Great looking product, just don't expect it to do much outside of "looking pretty."
