I purchased this bed in November of 2011. I didn't open the box until January of 2012. At first, I was happy with the quality of the bed. It was firm, but very supportive. I was so happy with it, that I bought a second mattress for a friend of mine a month later. I regret ever seeing this mattress online. About two months after opening the mattress, the elasticity just sort of "died." There is no support. I used to be able to sleep on my stomach, but now it forces my back into a painful arch. It's just saggy in the middle when there is weight put on it. Put simply, the mattress was getting painful to sleep on. I ordered a mattress from a different manufacturer. I expected to have resolved the issue by the time my replacement mattress arrived since it has a 20 year warranty. I guess it's not that easy. After weeks of emailing Linenspa's customer service and Amazon with no resolution, I called Linenspa. Here's what I am being told. 1. I need to take a picture of the "indentation" next to a straight edge like a broom handle or another comparable object and send it to LinenSpa so their "research team" can look it over and determine the next course of action. The "indentation" is not something that I can photograph. It is a loss of elasticity that is the problem! I can't photograph a loss of elasticity! 2. I was sent a .zip file that opened to a Unix executable file that could not be read on my imac. These were the instructions that I need to follow. I can't read them. Amazon is not able to help me due to the fact that the mattress didn't go bad until after their return policy period. It is becoming my opinion that I'll just end up calling this mattress a bad experience and moving on in the future. If the bed lasted years, it's a great price, but for two months... not so much. I'm going to have to call this one a loss.
