I have been a GreatCall customer for 8 years (since 2012) and the only issue has been poor battery life on my past three devices. I just bought the Lively Mobile Plus and have found that the Link App showing where my Mom is located is practically useless. It will be in error by up to 3 miles and typically shows her “out and about” 8-12 times a day when she hasn't left home. Supposedly the emergency operator will know where she is, but then why pay extra for the link app since you can’t see that she made it safely to her destination. Because of the poor tracking, the “week in review” is also worthless. The Lively Mobile (predecessor to the Lively Mobile Plus) had much more reliable tracking.
