Purchased this item on 9/26/17 for light power washing around the back yard where my corded power washer cant reach..Used once and now the unit wont pull water through the system Checked all the troubleshooting areas which are basically the same for all power washers, corded or not, to no avail. Left a voicemail for customer service, still waiting for a return call. By the way, the Amazon return window closed on 10/26/17, 5 days ago. Will keep you all posted if i ever hear from customer service. At this date, I'd say AVOID IWORX - shoddily built product. Advice to self - next time use product at least twice before the Amazon return date. Sign me very dissapointed.
