bought a 2TB model and 5 1TB models for office use. the 2TB models worked fine. the first 1TB drive would not get detected in any system, not even seen in the BIOS. 2 other 1TB drives kept going corrupt during windows 10 install. only 3 worked, but only for 1 week so far. will be returning the 3 dead ones and never buying this brand again. they obviously cut corners somewhere. Exactly 2 months after i started using these, one of the 1TB just croaked. no warning, just stopped powering on. it was used in a Dell precision workstation (in use 50-60 hours a week running CAD and photo editing software) that stopped detecting this morning. tried it in other computer, no dice. completely dead. the current dead count is 4 out of 6.
