My dog’s ears were bothering him and we used this product EXACTLY as directed for seven days. We realized immediately that our dog could no longer hear and became completely and utterly DEAF. Cannot hear finger snaps, doorbells or screaming of his name. He cannot hear ANYTHING. Took him to the Vet, $400 later we are told that this happens with these medications. We were told his hearing might come back in a few weeks or he may be deaf permanently. Cannot believe that we did this to him! Update: After one week, my dog started to regain his hearing. Several days later he seems to have regained most if not all of his hearing. This is quite a serious side effect that should be noted on the box.
