Good for pajamas and that's about it. Other than being more light weight, there's no difference with warmth between this item and a pair of thick pajamas. These thermal underwear are also poor quality. I washed these in cold water gentle cycle before wearing, and a mere three days later the stitching/thread around the wrist area is already coming loose and there are fuzz balls on the arms and upper leg areas. Update: The color faded through onto the underarms area of a top, and now the top is ruined. I'm downgrading the product to one star.
