Not for those with low blood pressure
My blood pressure is at the low end of normal; this product is over 600mg per pill but the standard dose is 300mg. I took one pill, two days in a row. The first day I was lying on the sofa about 2 hours after taking it and noticed a brief moment when I felt lightheaded. The second day I was sitting in a chair about the same time later and suddenly felt my blood draining out of my upper body. I had to lie down on the floor for 10 minutes before I felt normal again. Thank goodness I wasn't driving.
