I've had other truffle salts (infinitely preferable to truffle oil) and while this one has a nice bouquet the truffle flavor is actually a bit weak. By the time you get enough truffle flavor on your food, you've way oversalted it. UPDATE: I've bought other salts from this company and loved them. When SFSCo learned I want happy with this one they immediately took care of me. So while I stand by my opinion of this salt, I can also say this is a great company to do business with.
